The problem

You do not need another year of thinking about it.

Stop building the appearance of a business. Start building proof.

  • 01You have saved the posts, watched the videos and asked AI for ideas.
  • 02You may have designed a logo for something that still does not have a customer.
  • 03None of that proves a painful problem exists or that somebody will pay you to solve it.
  • 04The danger is staying busy long enough to mistake preparation for progress.

The method

Six decisions from idea to evidence.

Do not quit your job. Make your job fund the proof. Run the smallest useful test and let the market tell you what deserves more of your time.

01

Choose

Select a business direction that fits your real skills, time and budget.

02

Validate

Investigate a specific customer problem through real conversations.

03

Package

Turn one repeated problem into a narrow, testable paid offer.

04

Sell

Ask relevant people to make a real decision before you build more.

05

Systemise

Create a weekly operating rhythm that works alongside your job.

06

Decide

Use the evidence to continue, refine, scale or stop.

Common questions

Before you start.

What if I do not have a business idea yet?

That is exactly where the Blueprint begins. You will identify realistic options from your existing skills, experience, access, tools and constraints, then score them before choosing one to test.

What if I only have a few hours each week?

Use the five-hour weekly schedule. It prioritises customer research, outreach, sales and delivery before optional branding or content work.

Do I need paid AI software?

No. The prompts can be used with free versions of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. AI is optional, but it can help you prepare and organise the work faster.

Does the Blueprint guarantee customers or income?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. The Blueprint helps you run a disciplined market test and avoid investing heavily before you know whether the problem and offer are viable.

Can I print it?

Yes. The workbook is a print-friendly PDF with a contents page, writing space, checklists and worksheets. You can also complete it digitally in a compatible PDF application.

What happens after Day 30?

You review the evidence and choose one of four valid next moves: continue, refine, scale or stop. The final pages help you record that decision and define the next test.
